After four inspiring days filled with meaningful encounters, insightful discussions, and new perspectives, the 30th WONCA Europe Conference has come to a close in Paris.
We are proud to have welcomed 4,700 participants from 94 countries, united by a shared ambition: to advance family medicine and strengthen its essential role at the heart of healthcare systems.
This edition was far more than a scientific conference. It was a unique opportunity for collective reflection, international collaboration, and genuine fellowship, reflecting the values that define WONCA Europe: promoting freedom, equity, and solidarity.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event: our speakers for the excellence of their presentations, our participants for their commitment and enthusiasm, our partners for their trust and support, and the members of both the Scientific and Organising Committees for their unwavering dedication.
An event of this scale can only come to life through the energy and commitment of an engaged community.
For four days, Paris became a true meeting place for the European and international family medicine community, where ideas, experiences, and initiatives could be shared freely.
Thank you all for helping to write this new chapter in the history of WONCA Europe. The richness of our exchanges and the strength of the connections forged during these days will remain a lasting legacy of this Paris edition.
Our attention now turns to Ljubljana, where the next conference will invite us to address one of the major challenges facing family medicine today: building sustainable strategies for primary care.
