Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a prevalent yet underdiagnosed sleep disorder, contributing to substantial cardiometabolic and neurocognitive morbidity. Despite its public health importance, long-term projections for OSA in western Europe are limited, leaving future trends largely uncertain. The EU-5 countries, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, face rising obesity rates and aging populations, all of which influence future OSA burden.
