In our work, we try to present the economic and organizational aspects of conducting rehabilitation within the structure of a rural primary health care clinic.Based on own experience, conclusions and economic and administrative analysis of the functioning of a small rehabilitation unit at primary health care.The rural clinic in Jonkowo was the first primary healthcare facility in Poland to introduce rehabilitation into its organizational structure 20 years ago. Our team has helped introduce similar innovations in several other rural centers, with varying degrees of success. External financial regulations do not always produce the expected results.People from rural areas have the same right to rehabilitation as city dwellers. This is due to simple economic reasons, such as the payment of similar health insurance premiums. Due to the specific nature of rural living, the risk of injury is greater, and living outside the city, with its numerous architectural barriers, requires greater physical fitness.
