The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes that compulsive sexual behaviors can harm individuals’ mental, social, and physical health. Sexual addiction is a behavioral disorder that is often underestimated. Although its prevalence has been documented in other countries, few studies have been conducted in France, particularly in the northern regions.
