Health communication with Pomeranian patients: an experience report

Pomeranians in Brazil primarily reside in rural areas, maintaining distinct cultural and religious customs. In the state of Espírito Santo, a significant population speaks the Pomeranian language, often facing high rates of illiteracy in Portuguese. These social determinants of health create substantial barriers to health literacy and treatment adherence within the Family Health Strategy.
