WONCA is a unique platform to exchange ideas and knowledge with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Such meetings foster mutual learning, professional growth, and provide opportunities to showcase research methods as practical tools, ultimately with the goal of improving patient care. This workshop highlights the value of collaboration and personal interaction in advancing Family Medicine.Learn from the strengths of different countries in the practice of Family Medicine<br> Inspire and share ideas amongst colleagues<br> Demonstrate qualitative research methodsWe will use the Rich Pictures method, followed by group analysis techniques: interviewing, discussion, and a gallery walk. Participants will draw an image representing the strengths of Family Medicine care and training in their country. Rich Pictures, rooted in Systems Engineering, help visualize experiences by revealing tacit insights and interactions [1,2]. Next, participants interview each other in small groups about their drawings, guided by prompts in the introduction. Depending on time, we will facilitate either a Gallery Walk or a group discussion. Gallery Walks allow participants to explore all drawings, identify similarities and differences, and connect themes [3]. In the group discussion, we will focus on the strengths of Family Medicine across countries, aiming to inspire each other positively.
