Selfcare is an important element of GP's health care, aimed – among other things, at preventing burnout. Unfortunately, it's often omitted, both during medical studies and postgraduate training. This workshop addresses this issue by exploring possible strategies, with the goal of equipping family physicians with tools to make this difficult task easier.Identifying selfcare needs and resources for healthcare professionals. Designing strategies for effective implementation into daily practice.The workshop will consist of three parts: a conceptual introduction, an interactive presentation of various self-care strategies, and a brainstorming session for networking and creating your own contexts. The unique perspectives of the six presenters will allow for a diverse approach to this topic, including various methods for coping with stress, counteracting burnout, and building a sense of coherence.Drawing attention to the importance of working life balance in the daily practice of family doctors.In an increasingly overwhelming reality, searching for selfcare strategies seems like another challenge to overcome, while at the same time allowing for a healthy distance from the stress of everyday life.
