Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) management requires long-term maintenance and multidisciplinary support to prevent functional decline. Evidence suggests that structured Physical Exercise (PE) can alleviate symptoms and enhance joint function when combined with standard management. Within primary health care, the XXX Center delivers a multidisciplinary program that combines gym and aquatic exercise to complement standard treatment.  The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of a PE program on knee disability among adults with KOA attending the XXX Center.
