Obesity has reached unprecedented levels globally, becoming one of the main drivers of cardiometabolic disease in current practice. Its rising prevalence is associated with earlier onset of Type 2 Diabetes (T2D), dyslipidemia, hypertension, and sleep apnea. This case illustrates the profound health impact that substantial weight loss can achieve.
