38 Year old Pat.has consumed alcohol since the age of 12.She has not had a period of abstinence since the age of 12 no even during pregnancy,during pregnancy consum only reduced.After clinical deterioration Family took the Pat. first to family doctor and after check to an acute hospital where liver cirrhosis CHILD C 13 points was diagnosed with Ascites,splenomegaly,encephalopathy GRAD III, esophageal varices GRAD II and the pat.is on the waithing list for transplantation registered with requirement to remain abstinent for 1 Year and to make long -term detoxycation Therapy.After 4 Weeks in acut Hospital the pat.was transferred to a long-term Detx Clinic.In admission laboratory and ultrasound liver cirrhosis CHILD C 10 points was diagnosted with encephalopaty GRAD I-II,normochromic normocytic Anemia ,thrombocytopenia,esophagus varices GRAD I-II and hypokalemia.In Ultrasound liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly and minimal ascites.After 5 Month of abstinence by Clinic discharge the pat.had liver cirrhosis CHILD B 8-9 points,normochromic Anemia with Thrombocitopenya.After 1 Year abstinence th pat.came again to alcohol rehab Clinic for a Long-Term Therapy and on admission labaratory and ultrasound was diagnosed liver cirrhosis CHILD A 5 points with out Anemia and Thromocytopenia.Liver cirrhosis CHILD C is a classification for decompensated liver cirrhosis ,carrying a poor prognosis  with a 1-year survival rate of approximately 45-49%,and a 2-year survival rate around 35%..In this case we have seen that by  alcoholic liver cirrhosis with abstinence pat.can remove in CHILD A with  much better survival rate.From this case we have learned that abstinece by alcoholic liver cirrhosis can improve life expectancy.It is very impotrant to have alcoholic advice center and family doctor who can advice the patient and Family.Liver cirrhosis CHILD C has very shortly life expectancy and it is very important ro recognize who has problem with alcohol and to motivate to alcohol treatment.From this case we have to learn how important is prevention od alcohol illness,to have advice center for young people to explane what does it mean alcohol dependence.Very important is to have a family to suport people who have problem with alcohol,and to have good contact with Family doctor.
