The Deep End movement is a network of people working in primary care serious about improving the health and well-being of those communities living in the most deprived areas across the UK and world. There are 12 Deep End movements from 8 countries on 4 continents. Together we collaborate, support and advocate on behalf of our population, staff and communities.To create an interactive, international learning space where Deep End practitioners share and compare innovations across health systems, using the A-CREW framework.Introduction: Deep End origin, history and principles. We will briefly define “A-CREW” are the workstreams of the Deep-End movement in the UK and stands for Advocacy, Climate/ Sustainability, Research, Education and Workforce / Wellbeing. 10mins Participants will take part in a case exchange carousel, rotating through facilitated small-group discussions focused on real examples of progress and innovation from different Deep End networks. This face paced structured approach enables comparison of strategies across health systems and contexts, and allows for connections to be made between participants.35 mins. A visual harvesting technique will be used throughout the session by facilitators, with key insights and emerging themes captured live on shared templates to create a collective, co-produced output. The workshop will conclude with a plenary synthesis and reflective discussion linking learning back to practice, education, and advocacy. 15mins.GPs and other healthcare professionals at every stage of their career are invited to attend, especially those who are interested in health equity. Participants will: 1. Gain insight into how Deep End principles are being applied internationally 2. Identify practical strategies to strengthen primary care in deprived areas 3. Contribute to the ongoing international dialogue on defining and delivering “good” Deep End general practice 4. Build connections with an international network committed to equity-focused primary careThis workshop will take the liberty of inspiring and motivating the primary care fraternity to connect via the Deep end to advance equity globally.
