This project had risen as a necessity of adapted medical education to specific target population and develops evidence based medical issues concerning medical providers and the population—personalized medicine. The main objective of the project is to promote equitable access to primary health care by establishing a cross-border partnership between local authorities, medical institutions, and universities in Iași and Ungheni.Key actions include raising awareness and knowledge among medical professionals and the public through common educational materials, improving the quality of care through joint training on clinical procedures and preventive screenings (e.g. maternal and child health, cancer, cardiovascular and chronic diseases), and analyzing costs and social consequences. Research sessions, analysis of the existing situation, and substantiation of materials on the proposed topic: Mother and child (prophylaxis); Cancer screening (with emphasis on "silent" cancers: breast cancer, colon cancer, cervical cancer); Cardiovascular screening, metabolic syndrome, chronic respiratory diseases; Costs and consequences in the primary health care system (health economics) and the social impact of diseases. Common guidelines on the topic: Mother and child (prophylaxis); Cancer screening (with emphasis on "silent" cancers: breast cancer, colon cancer, cervical cancer); Cardiovascular screening, metabolic syndrome, chronic respiratory diseases. An impact event focused on primary medicine and the topic of prevention was organized in Iași. A campaign was launched to disseminate informative materials, such as brochures for patients and guides for family doctors, to promote prevention and prophylaxis behavior. Scientific research and surveys on prevention and prophylaxis behavior were conducted among residents of the Iași and Ungheni districts, as well as family doctors in these areas. The research aims to support public health policy regarding "primary medicine focused on prevention."Cross – border communities have common and different points of interest and targets of prevention. The key of our survey is to adapt the educational programs to specific regional issues and social hazard as tools in primary care prevention.Structured and collaborative education can improve healthcare in primary medicine.
