Biopsychosocial Determinants Profiling to Support Personalized Hypertension Care in XXX

Alexandra TOPA, Sergiu MATCOVSCHI and Natalia ZARBAILOV

Hypertension is the leading modifiable cardiovascular risk factor and a major cause of morbidity. In XXX, 34.8% of adults are hypertensive, but 43.2% receive no antihypertensive therapy and only 13.4% achieve blood pressure (BP) control. Although behavioral, psychological and social determinants influence BP outcomes, primary care practice remains largely biomedical and contextual data from XXX are limited. This study addresses the gap by evaluating biopsychosocial determinants for BP control to inform personalized decision-making in XXX primary care.
