Association between air pollution and depression screening in XXX adults

Jeong Uk BAI and Seo Eun HWANG

Depression is a major public health problem that worsens chronic disease outcomes and burdens patients, families, and healthcare systems. Although air pollution is a potentially modifiable environmental factor, existing studies report mixed results and underrepresent XXX primary care populations. Clarifying whether long-term exposure relates to depression in these settings can guide screening, counseling, and collaboration with public health efforts.
