Analysis of the Current Situation, Risk Factors, and Primary Care of Falls Among Community-Dwelling Elderly Hypertensive Patients

The global population is experiencing increase in aging and rise in chronic diseases, among which falls represent a significant concern. Falls are the primary cause of injury-related mortality among older adults in XXX, leading to physical and psychological harm and economic burden. Existing research indicates that older adults with hypertension are at a heightened risk of falls, however, there is a paucity of data from communities in XXX. This study aims to fill this research gap.
