Cervical cancer remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among women globally. Women living with HIV (WLWH) are a sixfold increased risk compared to the general population, with an estimated 5% of all cervical cancer cases attributable to HIV World Health Organization. NICE guidelines recommend more frequent (annual) screening within this group.
