Workshop
> 60-minute interactive session. The workshop may include one or more presentation sessions, but it is recommended that as much time as possible be set aside for interaction between participants: working in pairs, in small groups or in open discussions with all participants. Electronic polling apps may be used.
In practice

- Please note that no personal equipment may be connected directly to the computer at the last minute.
- If you have any specific requirements for your workshop, please let us know by April 30 at scientific@woncaeurope2026.org
- Your presentation must be submitted to the preview room at least two hours before your workshop begins, or the day before for sessions scheduled for 8.00 am.
Oral Communication
> An 8-minute scientific presentation (5 minutes + 3 minutes for questions and answers), delivered by one or two speakers, structured as follows: background, objective, methodology, results and conclusion.

- Please note that you will not be able to connect any personal devices directly to the computer at the last minute.
- Your presentation must be submitted to the preview room at least two hours before your workshop begins, or the day before for sessions scheduled for 8.00 am.
Commented Poster
> A 12-minute oral presentation of a scientific poster (8 minutes’ presentation + 4 minutes’ Q&A) delivered by one or two presenters, structured as follows: background, objective, methodology, results and conclusion. The poster will be displayed throughout the conference and will also be available in digital format via the conference app.
In practice
- The poster must be in A0 portrait format (118.9 cm high × 84.1 cm wide).
- Download the poster template here
- Don’t forget to declare any conflicts of interest
- All posters must be written in English, even if they are presented in French.
- You have two options for printing and displaying your poster:
- Printing and display on your own:
– You print your poster yourself and bring it directly to the Palais des Congrès.
– To ensure your poster is also available in digital format in the conference app, please email your file to scientific@woncaeurope2026.org before the conference begins.
– A display number will be provided to you at a later date so that you can post it yourself starting on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (after the opening ceremony). - Printing and Display by the Organizers:
– We can print and display your poster directly at the conference venue for €70 (including tax). If you are interested in this option, please email your file to scientific@woncaeurope2026.org by April 30, 2026. Important: Printing cannot be done without prior payment.
– The organizers will be responsible for placing your poster in its designated display area at the start of the conference.
- During the presentation period, the organizers will put up your poster and take it down at the end of your session.
- At the end of the conference, you may remove your poster after the closing ceremony. Any posters not collected will unfortunately be destroyed.

> A scientific poster presentation structured as follows: background, objective, methodology, results and conclusion. The poster will be on display for the duration of the conference and will also be available in digital format via the conference app.

Symposium
> A 60-minute presentation given by a partner during the lunch break. The format is flexible, and the interactive portion is usually shorter than in a workshop. Electronic polling apps may be used.
