Research in primary care has been on the rise in recent years, and specific calls for projects are encouraging primary care caregivers to set up and run ambitious projects. The scientific approach in primary care is often based on qualitative studies, which benefit from integrating the notion of multi-professionality. The applicability of results requires the use of consensus methods.Know how to bring together and lead a multi-professional team during a nominal group consensus method.1- Plenary presentation (10 min) : – Introduction of the 3We hope that this workshop will encourage participants to organize and conduct pluri-professional nominal group. experts – Reminder of the importance of a multi-professional team in primary care research – Explanation of the value of consensus methods in primary care research 2- Work in 6 groups of 8 people (40 min): – Each group forms a circle and agrees on a rapporteur – 3 working questions : How to include paramedics and other primary care professionals in the same research project? How to include an expert patient in a research project? How to lead a nominal multi-professional group? – Three working sessions: Each group begins by reflecting on one of the 3 questions (20 min), then on a second (12 min), then on a third (8 min). – At each rotation, the rapporteurs change groups to bring in the answers of the previous groups: the reflection continues on the basis of these first elements.
