However, as the number of elderly cancer survivors grows, concerns regarding their post-treatment quality of life (QoL) have become more critical. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the quality of life of elderly cancer survivors and to establish the basis of support programs in primary health care to help elderly cancer survivors return to their stable and high-quality daily lives.Raw data of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(2016-2020) were used. Retrospective data searching was performed and a sample of 513 cancer survivors aged 60 years or older was included. The median age is about 65.8 years. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The most significant factors affecting the quality of life of elderly cancer survivors were activity limitation(β=.32, p<.001), subjective health status(β =-.21, p<.001), age(β=-.14, p<.001), economic status(β=.14, p=.003) and gender(β=-.06, p<.001).Physical independence is a major determinant of well-being among older cancer survivors. Self-perception of health beyond clinical test results also plays a vital role in perceived life satisfaction. Overall, the findings underscore the multifactorial nature of QoL, requiring a holistic, interdisciplinary approach that integrates physical rehabilitation, mental health counseling, and socioeconomic assistance.Quality of life in elderly cancer survivors is influenced by multiple, interrelated factors—particularly physical activity limitation, perceived health status, age, economic condition, and gender. To enhance QoL, primary health care systems should prioritize personalized, community-based interventions that promote physical function, improve subjective health perception, and provide socioeconomic and emotional support. Strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations will be essential in helping elderly cancer survivors maintain independence and achieve stable, meaningful lives after treatment.

["post-20982","wsa_session","type-wsa_session","status-publish","hentry","description-off
["GET
