The red flags are very varied in the pathology and do not guide the diagnosisTo evaluate naive subjects for cardiac amyloidosis through red flags and laboratory and instrumental investigations15 General Practitioners participated in the study (Statte-Martina Franca 22,000 users), from the management archives we enrolled through a quarry (age \u226565 years, Heart failure, CKD, AF, Arrhythmia, Diarrhea, CTS, Persistent low back pain, Hypotension, azotemia, creatinine) 6369 patients who had clinical symptoms or instrumental data suspicious for AC. M: 2845 (44.7%); F: 3524 (55.3%), Age (mean \u00b1 STD): 76.9 \u00b1 7.9.Symptoms suggestive of AC: Lp (12.4%); STC (8.4%); D (6.3%); SC (4.9%); AF (4.2%); A (3.2%). On 3781 patients with Urea and Creatinine, we calculated UCR and GFR with EPI-CKD and related them to AF. In a logistic regression [OR: 1.49 (1.15-1.86); p: 0.015]; Age [OR: 1.03 (1.01-1.05); p: 0.01]; Sex [OR: 0.99 (0.75-1.32); p: 0.79].Having a UCR \u2265 30 &#8211; \u2264 100 the risk of having AF is high, associated with GFR.
