Storytelling\u2014rooted in narrative identity science\u2014can function as a healing practice, reconnecting clinicians with meaning, agency, and coherence. This workshop integrates reflective writing with the xxxx Challenge \u2192 Choice \u2192 Outcome model to support clinicians in transforming burnout narratives into sources of strength and leadership.Understand how narrative identity, dopamine regulation, and self-efficacy support burnout recovery. Use the xxx structure (Challenge \u2192 Choice \u2192 Outcome) to craft micro-stories of professional disruption and renewal. Apply narrative tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and meaning-making. Identify opportunities to integrate narrative practices into clinical teams and primary care training environments.This 60-minute workshop integrates a brief evidence-informed mini-lecture on narrative identity and neurobiology with a guided writing practice. Participants craft two micro-stories using the xxx arc: (1) a moment of fracture\u2014naming the challenge, the choice made, and the outcome that revealed values; and (2) a moment of return\u2014identifying the moment meaning resurfaced. Paired or small-group sharing uses a structured \u201cwitnessing protocol\u201d to maintain psychological safety. The workshop concludes with participants selecting one setting where this method can support clinicians or learners.Participants will leave with a replicable narrative framework to support burnout recovery, team cohesion, and moral resilience. They will carry two micro-stories, a grounding practice, and a practical plan for applying narrative work in their clinical or educational context.Storytelling is a quiet rebellion\u2014an act of reclaiming voice, dignity, and belonging within systems that often silence clinicians.
