It has been used very rarely in primary care, there is no tradition of this methodology, there are no simulation units dedicated to primary care professionals and the only opportunity is borrowing a spot in a hospital or universitary unit. This situation is unfair, and creates inequity for our patients, who deserve to have doctors and nurses (and the rest of the team) who are prepared and trained for any situation, and simulation allows them to do so.Explain the potential that simulation has in primary care. Explain the project to implement simulation in primary care in a country. Demonstrate in a practical way that it is possible to do it anywhere. One of the presenters will explain the importance of simulation applied to primary care (communication skills, teamwork and the power of the group) as well as the entire project we are implementing in our country, while the other two presenters will set up a simulated consultation on the other side of the stage (cameras, microphone, speakers…). When the presentation is over, we will conduct a simulated interview (doctor with patient) and the audience will be able to watch it through the simulation system. We will conclude with a short debriefing of the simulated case.We want to demonstrate that simulation is a methodology that allows primary care professionals to improve their habilities and skills thorugh personal and group reflection after a training activity drawn from their usual practice. We also want to prove that it simple to do and that it is possible in our environment. We sincerely believe that simulation in primary care is a necessary goal for institutions and scientific societies in order to provide a better, safer and more responsible care to our patients. if we can do it at home, so can you.

["post-20731","wsa_session","type-wsa_session","status-publish","hentry","description-off
["GET
