Motivation interviewing will be the main communication technique explored with the use of role-playing scenarios. It involves a patient-centered, non-judgmental dialogue that uses skills like open-ended questions, affirmations, reflective listening, and summarizing to respectfully explore ambivalence and empower individuals to make informed decisions. This approach is more effective than confrontation because it builds trust and respects the individual's autonomy.By the end of the session, attendees will be better prepared to foster trust, provide accurate information, and support informed decision-making regarding vaccinations. The workshop ultimately seeks to strengthen the role of health professionals as advocates for immunization and promoters of community health.

["post-20552","wsa_session","type-wsa_session","status-publish","hentry","description-off
["GET
