From 2025 onward, this programme has evolved into an interprofessional training model, bringing together general practice trainees and advanced practice nurses, with planned future inclusion of additional health professions. The 42-hour programme is delivered by an interprofessional teaching team including physicians, nurses and a trained patient-partner, leading to a formal certification.The objectives are to: Compare how TPE training is currently implemented across universities and primary care departments in different countries; Identify barriers and facilitators to the development of interprofessional TPE programmes; Mobilise collective intelligence to co-construct realistic and transferable strategies to overcome these barriers in primary care settings and during residency trainingThe workshop will begin with a brief presentation of the current interprofessional TPE training model and key lessons learned from its implementation. Participants will then work in mixed professional groups to map their own local TPE training models (if they have any) and identify organisational, pedagogical and institutional challenges. Each participant will complete a cause\u2013effect (Ishikawa) diagram individually, followed by a group discussion. Each group will select up to two diagrams for plenary presentation. In a second phase, groups will collaboratively propose feasible solutions to the identified barriers. A designated\u00a0 spokeperson in each group will present the improvement strategies developed. All outputs will be recorded in real time and compiled into a co-constructed working document that will be shared with participants.Finally, a process map will be presented to illustrate the progressive structuring of the interprofessional TPE programme in our University highlighting key obstacles and\u00a0 facilitators. To ensure inclusiveness, both French- and English-speaking working groups will be organised, with bilingual facilitation during plenary sessions.Participants will: Discover a wide diversity of TPE training models in Europe; Identify priority action for developing or strengthening interprofessional TPE programmes; Leave with a shared implemented support document to facilitate dialogue with academic and institutional stakeholders.This workshop aims to know and optimise TPE teaching practices in primary care and to support the emergence of more structured interprofessional educational pathways across Europe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-20395","wsa_session","type-wsa_session","status-publish","hentry","description-off"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/woncaeurope2026.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/wsa_session\/20395","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/woncaeurope2026.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/wsa_session"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/woncaeurope2026.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/wsa_session"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/woncaeurope2026.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=20395"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
