But the application of clinical practice guidelines faces specific challenges in complex or multi-morbid situa\u00adtions. In Belgium, several primary care practices experienced the Goal Oriented care to face these situations. It\u2019s about shifting form a problem-solving based practice (\u201cWhat is the matter with the patient?\u201d) to an objective-oriented plan of care (\u201cWhat matters to the patient?\u201d). This approach seems to be an opportunity for the practice and the system. Positive feedback, lessons learned, and points of attention can be shared.The participants will have the opportunity to discover the Goal oriented care as an approach and a methodology of work, his forces and points of attention. Place will be let to share questions and reflexion on this paradigma shift.\u25cf Teaching method 20 minutes Presentation: GOC, practice-based examples, points of attention. 20 min Work in subgroups : practice-based exercises based on cases and tools 20 min Common debate on the challenges of the approach \u25cf Workshop schedule 3 min : welcoming 20 min : presentation 20 min\u00a0: work in groups, based on clinical situations given by the participants, or by us. 17 min : debate on the GOC approachAt the end of the workshop, the participants know a bit about Goal oriented Care. Some are interested in knowing better and trying in their practice or in the professional\u2019s education.Goal oriented care shows opportunities for a better alliance with the patient and his relatives, particularly in complex situations.
