Community-based Women\u2019s Health Hubs provide a flexible, locally adaptable model that brings care closer to women\u2019s everyday settings, strengthens continuity, supports earlier intervention and improves equity. Drawing on experience from a multi-site programme, this workshop focuses on the universal principles that underpin successful hub models and shows how these can be adapted to diverse international contexts.Participants will be able to: Understand the core components of a community-based Women\u2019s Health Hub adaptable across different health systems. Identify workforce, training and governance principles that support safe, effective care. Apply transferable steps for implementing women\u2019s health services in low-, middle-, or high-resource settings. Explore co-design and culturally sensitive engagement strategies. Reflect on how hub principles can be adopted or modified in their own clinical or organisational context.Short presentations on global challenges and adaptable hub principles. Guided-reflection using digital polling (Mentimeter) to explore which elements of the model participants would retain, adapt or omit in their own settings. Small-group discussion of poll results with facilitators sharing insights on variation, feasibility and cultural considerations. Case-based discussion highlighting examples from contrasting international contexts. This balanced format supports both strategic understanding and practical application for a broad audience.
