The high prevalence of poor lens hygiene and risky behaviors among wearers underscores the need for meticulous care and regular professional oversight to prevent these serious complications.A\u00a043-year-old\u00a0male with personality disorder as only as only medical history attends to\u00a0a\u00a0urgent demand consultation\u00a0at a General\u00a0Practitioner\u00a0Centre in Barcelona.
