Family physicians and primary care providers play a vital role in leading sustainable healthcare transformation. Yet many clinicians are uncertain about where and how to begin implementing climate-smart and climate-neutral practices in their daily work. This masterclass offers practical guidance, tools, and peer learning opportunities, to help physicians take their first steps toward sustainable low-carbon healthcare.1) Understand the basic concepts linking climate change and human health. 2) Describe principles of climate-neutral practice within healthcare settings. 3) Identify levels of climate action relevant to physicians &#8211; at the individual, institutional, and community level. 4) Connect with networks and organizations working in planetary health. 5) Utilize available tools and resources to initiate or strengthen climate-smart actions in their own workplaces.This workshop adopts an interactive and problem-based learning approach. It begins with a brief presentation outlining essential concepts on climate change and health, drawing on current evidence and established planetary health guidelines. Participants then work in small groups to identify barriers and explore opportunities for adopting climate-smart practices in their workplaces. Each group examines real-world examples and evaluates practical tools and frameworks that support sustainable healthcare. The facilitators guide these discussions and conclude with a plenary synthesis of key insights and lessons learned. 10 min \u2013 Introduction on planetary health&lt;br&gt; 20 min \u2013 Brainstorming in small groups about the pathways and barriers to implement climate-smart strategies in their practice 20 min \u2013 Plenary sharing and synthesis&lt;br&gt; 10 min \u2013 Wrap-up, take-aways and reflection.Participants will gain foundational knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies to begin integrating climate-smart principles in their professional environments. They will also develop connections with peers and organizations supporting sustainable healthcare initiatives.This masterclass empowers primary care clinicians to take practical, achievable steps toward climate-smart healthcare.
