Yet recent European educational reviews show that 40–60% of family physicians feel insufficiently prepared to manage cardiac arrest, especially when more than 12–24 months have passed since their last BLS/CPR training. This workshop supports the mission of our responsibility to provide competent emergency care in every community through a large-scale simulation model specifically designed for family doctors.• Strengthen BLS skills, confidence and crisis leadership.
• Promote rapid, structured reasoning in cardiac arrest and other emergencies.
• Encourage effective teamwork and clear role allocation under pressure.Method: A high-fidelity live simulation will be delivered for 250–350 participants using advanced audiovisual projection and rotating volunteer teams. The scenario will be broadcast in real time on a large screen, with participants interacting via the Mentimeter app to analyse decisions, vote on key actions and engage in mass participation with the educational depth.
