In primary care, these hidden assumptions can shape team dynamics, influence opportunities, and even affect patient care. Bias isn\u2019t a sign of bad character; it\u2019s simply how human brains work. The real leadership challenge is learning to notice it and minimise its impact. When we don\u2019t, autonomy, fairness and team cohesion can quietly erode. This workshop frames bias as an essential leadership competency, not a personal flaw, and invites leaders to explore how awareness and reflective practice can strengthen both teams and patient outcomes.This workshop aims to:Help leaders recognise unconscious bias as a natural cognitive process with real consequences.*Use **Liberty, Equality and Fraternity** to explore how bias affects autonomy, fairness and team cohesion.*Build leaders\u2019 confidence in using practical tools to reduce bias and promote inclusive, psychologically safe teams. &lt;br&gt;Participants engage in interactive games, case-based discussions and reflective exercises, including optional Implicit Association Tests.
