Yet many primary health care (PHC) physicians and organisations lack structured training in navigating policy processes or leveraging their frontline expertise to influence decision-making. This workshop responds to this gap by equipping primary care stakeholders with practical competencies to engage in evidence-informed advocacy across local, national and European contexts.The workshop aims to enable participants of the workshop to:&lt;br&gt; (1) understand key policy-making mechanisms that affect PHC;&lt;br&gt; (2) identify policy windows and advocacy opportunities linked to access, equity and system integration; and&lt;br&gt; (3) develop a tailored and actionable advocacy plan that reflects their organisational realities and the conference\u2019s focus on system strengthening.The workshop uses a mix of short presentations, case examples and hands-on group work. 0\u201310 min: Introduction to policy advocacy and overview of simple policy-making models. 10\u201320 min: Presentation of two short real-world primary care advocacy examples from Europe. 20\u201345 min: Small-group exercise: participants map a relevant challenge in their own context, identify key stakeholders, define an advocacy objective and draft three core messages. 45\u201355 min: Groups share their mini advocacy plans and receive rapid peer feedback. 55\u201360 min: Summary, key take-home tools and invitation to continue informal networking during the conference.Participants are expected to leave the workshop with: &#8211; A clearer understanding of how policy processes influence primary care organisation and equity. &#8211; Practical introductory tools for stakeholder mapping, message framing and defining advocacy objectives. &#8211; A short draft advocacy plan that can be further developed after the conference. &#8211; Increased confidence to engage with policymakers, professional associations or local health system leaders.This concise, interactive workshop offers primary care professionals a straightforward entry point into policy advocacy.
