As GPs, we sometimes find ourselves stuck in demanding routines without pausing to consider how we actually want to work. This workshop invites participants to zoom out and reflect on their professional lives, questioning assumptions about what their workday “should” look like. An enjoyable work situation increases job satisfaction, resulting in sustained employee engagement.Participants will: – identify what inspires them and gives them energy – clarify their values and priorities – recognize areas where they feel stuck – explore possibilities for change in their work situation – outline elements of their ideal workdayThe session combines guided reflection, small-group discussions, and peer exchange. Interactive exercises help participants articulate their wishes and learn from others’ perspectives. Workshop Schedule (60 minutes) 0:00–0:10 Introduction and framing 0:10–0:15 Individual reflection exercises 0:15–0:35 Small-group sharing and exploration 0:35–0:50 Collective insights and idea exchange 0:50–1:00 Action points and closingParticipants will leave with increased clarity about what matters to them in their work, renewed inspiration, and practical ideas for shaping a more fulfilling professional routine.
