Meditation is an non pharmacolgical intervention and is used in integrative medecine. in supportive care. A workshop could be an experience of meditation session for 25 or 30 participants-give  a tool for patient support and empowerment -present the nature of meditation and its application in patient care and therapeutic education, -A full presence meditation session will be offered: it focuses on working on attention, gaze, and patient awareness.-exposition of the method: 10min -a 20-minute meditation :-focus on different forms of attention : sustained attention, open attention ;-focus on body posture and points of support ; immobility -work on conscience , gaze (eye movement) , silence and respiration – feedback from participants:10min   -presentation of differents programs : PAMEL7 and POEBRA with results: 10min -questions and answers 10min –A presentation will be given on the proposed programs: one, the PAMEL program, is a self-guided program consisting of 7 progressive and evolving lessons, giving patients the opportunity to take care of themselves and allowing caregivers to also become facilitators for their patients; the second program, "POEBRA," with coaching focused on anxiety management, kindness, and empathy, is very beneficial to healthcare professionals in managing their well-being at work (reducing burnout and supporting their well-being at work) -Results of research studies on the program POEBRA on reducing stress and anxietyA meditation experience to lead the participant to try to improve their relationship with themselves, with others and with the world  or integrate into one's care relationship and personal and professional life Keynote: care relationship; integrative medecine; patient support ; empowerment; meditation;fullpresencemeditation; mindfullness
