How does the collaborative forum work?

• Publish an announcement by creating a conversation, such as:
  • “I am a member of a CMG structure and I would like to create a group of 20 people”
  • or “I am a young doctor looking for a spot in an incomplete group”
• Freely discuss with other participants to complete your group.

=> Once the group of 20 people is formed, one person from the group must complete the group registration request form available on the website and send it to the indicated address: https://woncaeurope2026.org/group-registration/

All group members will then be contacted by the registration team as soon as possible to finalize their registration.

Please note: all members of the same group must belong to the same fee category.
